Data Resilience and Backup Responsibility

Bug report data, including metadata, is retained in the Razer QA Co-AI dashboard for a minimum of 60 days from the time of detection. Associated video recordings are stored for 24 hours from detection and may be reviewed, downloaded, or exported to Jira during that window. After 24 hours, video content is automatically deleted.

End users are solely responsible for implementing appropriate backup procedures to preserve any data required for operational, compliance, or recovery purposes, including bug reports, metadata, and exported Jira tickets. The Razer QA Co-AI platform does not guarantee the availability of any data beyond the stated retention periods and does not offer automatic backup or long-term archival functionality.

If a one-time export of currently retained data is required, users may submit a formal request to the support team via Discord.
